Official Public Banishment Orders

To ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of our community, the Chief and Council of Constance Lake First Nation have issued banishment orders under the authority of the CLFN Trespass Bylaw.

The following individuals have been ordered to vacate the reserve, effective immediately, due to concerns for community safety and security.

These orders are publicly posted in the spirit of transparency and are in effect with no expiry. Community members are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any sightings in confidence to Council, Band Administration, or the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service (NAPS) at 1-888-310-1122. Anyone found to be harboring individuals subject to a banishment order may also be subject to removal under our bylaws.
