Our Chief and Council

Meet the elected leadership of Constance Lake First Nation. Our Chief and Council provide governance, strategic direction, and advocacy for our community during the 2025-2027 term. They work to advance the wellbeing of CLFN members while preserving our culture and protecting our rights.

Each member holds specific portfolio responsibilities covering essential areas including education, housing, health, economic development, and community safety.

Kevin Proctor Executive Director

Providing strategic leadership and overall management of CLFN operations, ensuring effective delivery of programs and services to our community as Executive Director.

Kristina Echum Wellness Manager

Leading Social and wellness department, initiatives, coordinating mental health services, and promoting holistic wellbeing for all CLFN members.

Charlene Neegan HR Manager

Managing human resources, employee relations, recruitment, and professional development to support our workforce.

Corrina Wesley Lead Band Representative

Advocating for member needs, coordinating community services, and ensuring effective communication between departments and community members.

Tiffany Solomon Ontario Works Manager

Administering Ontario Works programs, providing employment support, and helping community members access financial assistance and resources.

Overseeing financial planning, budget management, and fiscal accountability to ensure responsible stewardship of CLFN resources.

Lillian Sutherland Infrastructure & Public Works Manager

Managing infrastructure projects, public works maintenance, and capital improvements to enhance community facilities and services.

Protecting and managing CLFN traditional territory, natural resources, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Ensuring safe, clean drinking water through proper operation, maintenance, and quality monitoring of water treatment facilities.

Supporting executive operations, coordinating administrative functions, and facilitating communication across all departments.
